Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Coam%issioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to approve <br />of Mr. Arnold Klar's request to operate a wood business at his residence located <br />at 16020 Potassium Street NW; that Item #4 of the agreement refer to four (4) <br />trucks, and that this approval is contingent upon Mr. Klar entering into an <br />agreement with the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: Request B~ Mr. Art Raudio To Delete Area Prom Floodway: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Z~m~erman and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to recommend <br />that Council adopt Resolution requesting the DNR to.delete approximately 10 <br />acres of the Raudio property from the floodway. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, Kennen, <br />Zimmerman and ~endriksen.
