Administrative Staff has not changed between 1978 and the present which <br /> supports the following activity: <br /> <br /> City Administrator Activity <br /> City Assessor Activity <br /> City Accountant Activity <br /> Building Official Activity <br /> <br /> It should be noted that the support personnel to the above Staff positions has <br /> not increased but the workload has increased to a point where low priority <br /> jobs are being left undone or done poorly.
