CONNIE HARMER: <br /> <br />Ms. Connie Harmer of 15331 Kangaroo Street NW is requesting a conditional <br />use permit to conduct ceramic classes at her residence. To our knowledge, <br />there are no similar authorized uses within the City. Ms. Harmer has indicated <br />that there could be as many as eight persons in a class with possibly both <br />an afternoon and evening session. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this at their regular meeting <br />of January 3, 1984 and they have recommended approval contingent upon <br />the applicant entering into a conditional use permit agreement. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (D2-c) for your consideration <br />in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Area location map <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br />f) Proposed conditional use permit agreement <br />g) Building Official's letter to the applicant <br />h) Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing meeting minutes <br /> dated January 3, 1984 <br />i) Regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated <br /> January 3, 1984 <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the findings <br />of fact and approve/disapprove of the request.
