Mr. Schaumberg is <br />concerned because he owns a tract of land that can't be developed because <br />it is served by this private road. <br /> <br />City policy is that until the citizens who reside on the private roadway petition <br />to have it brought up to City standards, it will remain a private roadway. <br />As of this date, we have had no one request that it be brought up to City <br />standards. <br /> <br />Enclosm-e (DZ-e) contains a map showing Mr. Sidney Schaumberg's land and <br />ihe private roadway (Sunfish Lake Drive) that it abutts. <br /> <br /> <br />
