This project is urgently needed and the MWCC should proceed with Step II construction plans. This is a Service Area No. 4 project. CAB Interceptor Phase I is being constructed and should be completed by late 1984. This will relieve northwest Minneapolis overflow (Service Area No. 1) and also serve Service Area No. 2, and No. 3 when CAB Interceptor is completed. Chaska WWTP Expansion. Design in 1984 and construction of larger capacity in 1987 is needed to meet expected increased sewage flow. This is a Service Area No. 4 project. This is a Service No. 2 project. Lower Belt Line Regulator and Interceptor. Project on hold until NPDES permit is completed and approved allowing facility construction. Plans are complete--tenative construction 1984. This is a Service Area No. t project. Arden Hills Interceptor. Design plans are scheduled for 1984 and construc- tion is scheduled for late 1984. This facility is being coordinated with city construction of a city facility, so the metro interceQtor will be placed in use in~nediately, after it is constructed. Design is planned for 1985 and construction is planned for 19B6. This is a Service Area No. 5 project.
