Motion carried. Voting yes · Voting no CASE ~8: ORDINANCE REVISIONS: In working with our Public Improvement and Subdivision Ordinances, the City Staff has found two errors in the ordinance, which are as follows: 1) Article Z10.0ISK Streets: M.S.A./County Roads - The first sentence in paragraph one should be amended to read that properties that have direct access t_p_o* M.S.A. streets and County roads will be assessed for street improvements in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the cost of a typical street related to the land use, i.e. residential, commercial and industrial. (*new language) Z) Article 170.039P Street Improvement Standards - The first sentence in paragraph five should be revised to read no occupancy permit* shall be issued for any lot in the subdivision until the improvements required by the performance contract have been completed and accepted by the City, except the occupancy permit* may be issued if the only improvement to be completed is that of the final street surfacing and curb and gutter. (*new language) Council Action: Your action will be to adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance #83-4 as indicated above. CASE ~:9: APPROVING OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND SETTING BID OPENING I I I I I I I I DATE FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT =~84-13 (MUNICIPAL ~ELL ~1): The City Engineer will have the plans and specifications at the meeting for Council review. Accordingly, he is requesting that we have bid opening at 11:00 a.m., July 10, 1984. Council Action: Your action will be to review plans and specifications with the City Engineer and adopt a resolution approving/disapproving plans and specifications for Municipal Well ~l.
