Voting yes <br /> <br />· Voting no <br /> <br />ORDERING OF FEASIBILITY STUDY AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br /> <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PLAT OF RIVER'S BEND: <br /> <br />Mr. Arthur Raudio and Mr. Lyle McLaughlin, representing the plat of River's Bend, <br />have requested that we order a feasibility study and prepare plans and specifications <br />for their plat of River's Bend. Inasmuch as they represent 100% of the affected <br />property owners, a public hearing is not required. Enclosure (DZ-e) contains pro- <br />posed resolutions for your adoption. <br /> <br />Council Action: The following proposed motions are hereby submitted for your <br />consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution #84- <br />ordering a feasibility study for the plat of River's Bend, contingent upon the <br />applicant providing an escrow as required by City Ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
