I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~84- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution #84-4, Amendment #1 to the City's 1984 Annual Budget, <br />established SZ,100 in Park Fund 215, Line Item 151Z for the purchase of creative play <br />equipment for Central Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been a recent price increase in creative park equipment <br />from $?.,100 to SZ,Z75 ($175 increase); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 7.08 of the City Charter requires Council autho~zation by <br />resolution to amend the City Budget. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA~ as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves of amendment ~2 to the City's <br />1984 Annual Budget Park Fund Z15, Line Item 151Z to increase expenditure allocation <br />from SZ,100 to SZ,Z75 for creative park equipment. <br /> <br /> Z) Budget amendment #2 to City's 1984 Annual Budget is designated as enclosure <br />(1) to this resolution and accordingly, will be filed with said document. <br /> <br />3) It is further directed that the following action be taken: <br /> <br /> a) That the City Administrator execute the purchase order for the purchase <br />of creative play equipment for Central Park. <br /> <br /> b) That the City Accounting Department be furnished a copy of Resolution <br />~84- with enclosure (1) in order to take appropriate action to amend the City's <br />1984 Annual Budget. <br /> <br /> <br />
