OFFICIAL: Council, at their regular meeting of May Z4, 1984, approved of contracting the services of a part-time building official. We will have to use this service very soon, as Clayton will be going on vacation and Lester will be tied up with assessing during that period. Due to the present workload, we cannot afford to let things go as we used to. We are asking that Council approve of utilizing Mr. Donald Wuest at the contracted rate of SZ0.00 per hour and mileage at $.Z0 per mile to cover building inspections while Clayton is on vacation. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the above request. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by and seconded by to authorize the City of Ramsey to contract part-time building inspection services from Mr. Donald Wuest at the hourly rate of $20.00 with mileage at $.Z0 per mile on an as-needed basis.
