Voting no CASE ,3: DENIAL OF RENEWAL OF LICENSE TO OPERATE CLEANFILL DEMOLrl~ON LANDFILL; CASE OF MINNESOTA IJTILITY CONTRACTING, INC.: I I CASE ,4: Enclosure (DZ-b) is forwarded for your information in regards to the denial of renewal of license to Minnesota Utility Contracting, Inc. to operate a cleanfill demolition landfill. Council Action: No action is required unless you deem otherwise. INCREASE IN COST OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT FOR PARK REQUIRING I i I I I ! COUNCIL APPROVAL: Council authorization is needed to amend the park budget to purchase creative play equipment for Central Park. The budget provides for SZ, 100 for the above purchase. A piece has increased the cost of this equipment to $2,275. This will require an amendment to the park budget. Enclosure (DZ--c) contains the proposed resolution for Council action and budget amendment Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of a budget amendment to make this purchase. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your cons~ideration: $84- approving/disapproving of amending P~rk Fund 215 to reflect changing creative play equipment fund from SZ,100 to SZ,Z75.
