Any <br />orevdous engagements in my parking lot (boxing matches) <br />nave been handled by the,Ramsey Lions and I haven't <br />been a natty %o arranging the details. <br /> <br />I have pevieWed the City's ordinance regarding Eusic <br />Festivals and find that I cannot comply with all the <br />regulations regarding the application time and pre- <br />senting a bond to the City. I am prepared, however, <br />to Dost with the City a cash deposit in lieu of %he <br />bond of $1,000 or whatever amount you may deem appro- <br />.priate. Also I ask that you waiw~ ~he reouireme~t of <br />the 60 day filing time due to the lateness ~ time in- <br />wol~ed~here. <br /> <br /> <br />
