I have since viewed the sign and it appears that the <br />fbmction you are advertising requires a license from the City of <br />Ramsey. The ordinance I refer to is #130.0116 and requires appli- <br />cation for the license at least sixty (60) days prior to the com- <br />mencement of the function. <br /> <br />I have checked with the city administrator, the city clerk and the <br />building inspector and they have no record of your having filed an <br />application for this license.
