Section 6. <br /> <br />ag r ecm.::nt. <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />"Me~>er" mear~s a municipality ¥,~]~ich enters into this <br /> <br /> V. MF2~ERSHIP <br /> <br />The muncipalities of Andover, Anoka, C1]a~mplin and Ra~mey, <br /> <br />Minnesota are eligible to be the initial m~dmbers of the Commission. Any muni- <br />cipality geographically contiguous to any of these n~med municipalities, and <br />served by a cable ccr~nunications system through the same Grantee, ]nay be_c~:ne a <br />me3mber ~x~rsuant to the terms of this agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Any municipality desiring to become a member shall exe- <br />cute a copy of this agreement and oonform to all requirements herein. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The initial members shall be those members who bc-co~ne m~m- <br />bets by November 1, 1982. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Municipalities desiring to becc~e m~mbers after the date <br />specified in Article V, Section 3 may be admitted by an affirmative vote of an <br />absolute majority of the Directors of the Comnission. The Commission may by <br />resolution impose conditions upon the admission of additional members. <br /> <br /> VI. DIRECTO~; VOTING <br /> <br /> Section 1. Each party shall be entitled to two (2) directors to <br />represent it on the Cc~nission. Each director shall have one vote. <br /> <br /> The Council of each member shall appoint by resolution its <br /> <br /> Section 2. <br />two directors. <br /> <br /> Section 3. <br /> <br /> The Ccnmission, in its By-Laws, may provide for the <br />appointment by the City Council of alternate directork and prescribe the extent <br /> <br />.--2-- <br /> <br /> <br />
