The Critical Area Trail will be designed <br />for bicycles and pedestrians only, and where possible, a separate pathway <br />will be provided for these two uses. Procedures have already been out- <br />lined for o~taining trail right-of-way as development occurs, however, <br />in developed areas streets adjacent to the river can be marked and used <br />as part of the Trail system. <br /> <br />Two segments of the proposed Trail System deserve further explanation.
