10. <br /> <br />il. <br /> <br />Intersections on U.S. Highway 10 will be at approximately one mile in- <br />tervals with the collector and minor arterials funneling traffic to <br />those intersections. <br /> <br />Remodeling or redevelopment of commercial areas on U.S, Highway 52 on <br />both ends of the bridge will not be allowed without a reduction in the <br />number of accesses. <br /> <br />County and State Highway Departments should make improvements in the <br />alignment and some of the intersections of the Great River Road (U,S. <br />169 and County Road 12) o <br /> <br />Because continued use of the Anoka Wastewater Treatment Plant will <br />jeopardize water quality standards necessary for continued recreational <br />use of the river~ the Plant should be placed out of existance as soon <br />as possible. <br /> <br />Future overhead electric transmission lines should be located within <br />existing overhead corridors, and submarine cables should be used where <br />possible. <br /> <br />61 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />! <br /> <br /> <br />
