i <br /> <br />INIRODUCTION <br /> <br />CLOSURE AND POST-CLOSURE PLAN <br /> ANOKA SAN]?AR¥ LANDFILL <br /> REVISED 1/6/84 <br /> <br /> The following report has been prepared in accordance with the <br />County of Anoka's Solid Waste Ordinance No. 83-3, Section <br />Subsection 3.A.5 and Section V, Subsections 5 and 6. The report <br />contains the Closure and Post-Closure procedures for the Anoka Sanitary <br />Landfill (SW-94) owned by the City of Anoka and operated by Waste <br />Management of Minnesota, Inc. This plan has been written to comply <br />with the provisions of the Anoka Solid Waste Ordinance No. 83-3, the <br />applicable statues, rules, regulations and requirements of the State of <br />Minnesota, and the policy plan of the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />PURPOSE <br /> The purpose of this document is to provide a program that <br />effectively meets the requirements of the above noted ordinance by <br />presenting an engineering statement of the activities required for <br />closure and post-closure care of the Anoka Sanitary Landfill. <br />Engineering cost estimates are also presented. <br /> <br />GENERAL SITE INFORMATION <br /> The following provides general information regarding the Anoka <br />Sanitary Landfill. <br /> <br /> ].
