JOSEPH SENTYRZ: <br /> <br />Mr. Joseph Sentyrz of Oakridge Construction Company appeared before the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing on the proposed plat of <br />Oakridge Industrial Park at their meeting of May l, 1984. The Commission has <br />recommended approval of the plat, contingent upon his compliance with the <br />requirements set forth by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (D3-a) for your consideration in <br />this matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Public hearing meeting minutes dated April 3, 1984 <br />e) Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated May 1, 1984 <br />f) City Engineer's report <br />g) Reduced copy of the preliminary plat <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the preliminary <br />and final plats of Oakridge Industrial Park.
