Based on their findings of fact, a copy of which is <br />attached, they have recommended a variance to the density requirements of <br />the code. However, they did not recommend granting a variance to the <br />subdivision requirements. <br /> <br />As per your request, we have scheduled your requests before the City Council <br />at their regular meeting of_Thur~sfla_yL..M_a.y' 24, 1984.
