Full legal description not provided <br />b. No bearings shown on the survey lines. <br />c. Total acreage didn't correspond to survey lines <br />d. No soil boring were provided <br />e. No proposed street centerline grades were provided <br />f. The square footages on all of the lots were not shown <br />g. A grading plan nor proposed method of disposing surface <br /> water was not provided. <br />h.
