! <br />! <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />~ 3 <br /> <br />For two years and six months after commencement of cable <br />service to the residential subscribers on October 20, <br /> <br />1983, the maximum rates shall be the specific rates of <br />Grantee as included in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />made a part of this Franchise and known as Grantee <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Schedule of Rates. <br /> <br />Service requests for maintenance or repair of Grantee's <br />property shall be performed at no charge to a <br />subscriber. If such maintenance or repair is required <br />as a result of damage caused by subscriber, Grantee may <br /> <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />charge to the subscriber as a maximum its direct costs <br />for material and labor for service calls to subscriber.'s <br />home. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />Grantee shall give City and the Quad Cities Cable <br /> <br />Communications Commission written notice of rates for <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />new or additional services not initially included in <br />offering of Grantee and therefore not listed in Exhibit <br />A. Each new or additional service rate shall be deemed <br /> <br /> approved unless expressly disapproved by resolution of <br /> Council of City according to the terms of this Franchise <br /> within ninety (90) days after the notice has been given <br /> as provided in this Franchise. <br /> <br />Rate Changes. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />No rate chan9e shall be approved that would result in <br />different rates or charges for service to similarly <br />situated subscribers in the rate territory, ot~er than <br /> <br /> those specified in Article VI, Section 2.B. <br />0065:3/14/84 <br /> <br /> <br />
