If a public hearing is scheduled, City <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />will publish notice ten days prior to hearing in <br />its official newspaper. <br /> <br />After closing any public hearing, City will have 31 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />days within which to make its deter.mination; <br />however, any proposed change in rates or charges <br />shall become effective upon the date specified in <br />the notice of Grantee. The City shall not <br />unreasonably disapprove any rate increase. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />If City fails to disapprove the change of rates or <br />charges within the original ninety (90) day period <br />after receipt of notice as required above, the rate <br /> <br />shall still become effective upon the date <br />specified in the notice of Grantee. Said effective <br />date shall be after the ninety (90) day period. <br />City may utilize a rate consultant to advise it on <br />proposed rate changes and to assist it in <br /> <br />maintaining uniform rates within the rate <br />territory. A rate consultant may be any person who <br />has sufficient background and experience, in the <br />sole opinion of City, to properly evaluate and <br />analyze rates and charges. <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />All costs for the review of a notice for a rate or <br />charge change shall be paid by City from the <br />Franchise fee. <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />0065:3/14/84 <br /> <br />Any time limit may be waived only if City and <br />Grantee consent. <br /> <br /> <br />
