JOHN HOGLUND: <br /> <br />Mr. John Hoglund is requesting a variance to construct an addition to a detached <br />garage of 504 square feet, which addition would give him a total garage area <br />of 1,?.96 square feet. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (D4-a) for your consideration <br />in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Area location map <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br />f) Proposed development agreement <br />g) Letter from Building Official to Mr. Hoglund <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the proposed <br />findings of fact as well as approve/disapprove of the request. The following <br />proposed motions are hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt the findings <br />of fact for the board of adjustment variance for Mr. John Hoglund to <br />construct an addition to a detached garage of 504 square feet. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to approve/disapprove <br />of Mr. John Hoglund's request to construct an addition to a detached <br />garage of 504 square feet which would give Mr. Hoglund a total garage <br />area of 1,296 square feet, contingent upon his entering into a development <br />agreement with the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
