I <br />I <br /> <br />CASE ~Z: REQUEST FOR A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT <br /> <br />AN ACCESSORY BUILDING LARGER THAN ALLOWED BY CITY CODE; <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CASE OF MR. SCOTT SPRINGER: <br /> <br />Mr. Scott Springer is requesting a variance to construct a detached accessory <br />building of 1,]20 square feet. City Code allows only 024 square feet on a parcel <br />of land less than 2.5 acres in size. However, Mr. Springer will not exceed <br />the total allowable area for detached and attached accessory buildings. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (D4-b) for your consideration <br />in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Area location map <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br />f) Proposed development agreement <br />g) Letter from Building Official to Mr. Springer <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the proposed <br />findings of fact as well as approve/disapprove of the request. The following <br />proposed motions are h.erxeby submitted for your considerati, <br /> Motion by [J "~-- ' and~[J seconded by to adopt the findings <br /> of fact for the board of adjustment variance for Mr. Scott Springer to <br /> construct a detached accessory building of 1,1ZO square feet. <br /> <br /> Motion carried.
