! ! ! ! ! ! ! CITY OF RAMSEY AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY This agreement between Mr. John C. Hoglund, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", entered into this ~day of May, 1984. INTENT AND PURPOSE To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey are understood between the Applicant and the City and that the Applicant complies fully with conditions and time frames as established by this agree- ment and plans and specifications as submitted by the Applicant to construct an addition to the present garage of 504 square feet. LOCATION OF PROPERTY The property is legally described as the East 200 feet of the West 1200 feet of the North 331.70 feet of the South 986.35 feet of the South half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, and is generally known as 6620 - 154th Lane N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT 1) That the Applicant shall acquire all necessary permits to com- plete his construction. 2) That the Applicant's completion of the construction shall be compatible with the present garage and principal structure. 3) That the Applicant shall use his structure for the storage of personal property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. 4) That the Applicant shall file with his deed a copy of his agree- ment and that the Applicant shall provide the City with proof of said filing prior to the issuance of his permit.
