There was also one commercial permit issued for a cabinet shop in the industrial <br />park with applications being received for three other commercial ventures which consist <br />of a cabinet shop expansion, a bait and tackle shop and a mattress factory. Due to various <br />difficulties, the latter three permits have not been issued. <br /> <br />There has also been quite a bit of work with the planning and zoning department. For their <br />regular meeting of May there were three plats, a rezoning and a conditional use permit for <br />a mattress factory. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />There were several letters sent to various individuals for everything from rats to abandoned <br />buildings which are an attractive nuisance. I reviewed a drainage problem at (}002 West <br />Highway ~]0 and sent a letter to the owner.
