Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Final plat approval is pending on the outcome of the EAW review process. The review process on the EAW ended on April 11, 1984. An amendment to the April findings of fact is included in the agenda for your action. The developer has posted an escrow of $8,~00 to cover a grading plan and plans and specifications for the well. The developer plans to complete the grading. However, a bid date will have to be set for receiving bids for construction of Municipal Well No. 1. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: A two-year exten- sion on Phase II of this plat was granted at your February 28, 1984 council meeting. Pondvale Estates: Mr. Mary Kytonen, the new developer on this project, was given until July 1, 1984 to pave the streets, at the September 27, 1983 council meeting. Meadowbrook Estates: The City Council, at its March 27, 1984 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until October 1, 1984. HY-10 Ramsey: The City Council, at its March 27, 1984 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until October 1, 1984.
