APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING PROJECT): This case was before the Ramsey City Council on April Z4, 1984 and it was tabled until May 8, 1984 to allow Council the opportunity to review the findings of the environmental assessment worksheet, etc. This case was further tabled on May 8, 1984 until this meeting at the request of the developer. It is requested that Councilmembers refer to D-Z, Case ~2 of Council Agenda dated April 24, 1984 for case background information. Enclosure (DZ-c) contains an amendment to the environmental assessment worksheet findings of fact.
