I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE RATES FOR STORM <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey completed a Comprehensive Storm <br />Drainage Plan in February 1980; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the plan as per Ordinance <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ramsey City Council: <br /> <br />The city wide trunk storm drainage improvement charges shall <br />be: <br /> <br />Single and two family lots, $0.033 per square foot of <br />gross development area located in a drainage district. <br /> <br />b $ <br /> <br />Multiple family, mobile home, commercial, industrial, <br />and institutional development, $0.054 per square foot <br />of gross development area located in a drainage <br />district. <br /> <br />In all other areas, the developer shall provide <br />drainage facilities as determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The rates in this resolution were based on the May, 1984 <br />Engineering News Record construction cost index of 4132. <br />The rates will automatically increase with inflation as the <br />construction cost index rises. <br /> <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Ramsey, Minnesota this 24th day of May, 1984. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> <br />
