I
I
I
I
I
I

Lloyd Schnel
May 17, 1984
Page 2

Rescind resolution #80-119 and order a feasibility study to
provide the ultimate solution to the drainage district. This
will require public hearings and an area wide assessment of the
benefitted properties·

Act in accordance with Resolution #80-119 and require the
development of the Holm and Raudio properties to construct storm
sewers for their plats and provide an overflow for the residents
upstream· This would solve the immediate problem. However, when
the residents in Flintwood Hills First Addition and Ramsey
Terrace subdivide their lots and when future development upstream
occurs, an additional overflow pipe may be required.

I would recommend that the City Council proceed with option one and
provide the ultimate solution to the drainage district. The City
Council should also pass the attached resolution establishing trunk
storm drainage improvement charges.
