CITY OF RAMSEY AGREemENT TO GUAILANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY THIS AGREEmeNT entered into this day of , 1984, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter called the City, and Lord of Life Lutheran CTJurch, hereinafter called Lord of Life. WHEREAS, Lord of Life has found their present structure is not large enough to house their present Sunday School program; and WHEREAS, Lord of Life has requested permission to use the lower level of the Ramsey Municipal Center to hold Sunday School classes from September 9, 1984 to May 19, 1985, in the interim of expansion on their present facility; and WHEREAS, the City has approved this request contingent upon Lord of Life and the City of Ramsey entering into an agreement. NOW THEtbEFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual agreements and con- venants and conditions hereinafter contained, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: That Lord of Life agrees their use of the lower level will be on Sunday mornings from 9:00 to 11:30 A.M. beginning on September 9, 1984, and con- cluding on May 19, 1985. II. That Lord of Life shall provide the City with a copy of their liability insurance naming the City in their limits of liability. III. That Lord of Life agrees and understands that if another organization or group requests the use of the lower level.,during the Lord of Lifes scheduled times, then Lord of Life shall make other arrangements. It is also agreed the City will make every effort to give Lord of Life adequate notice of any conflict of times.
