Delaney's <br />Game Fair. ~':uch to my surpri ;e Game Fair 84 will run for <br />two weekends Labor Day weeke::d and the following weekend. <br />I get the fe¥1ing that the De_aney's are working toward a <br />a Renaissanc: Festival time f~ame,'{hat of an ongoing fair. <br />This would b~ an intolerable .':ituation in a residential area. <br /> <br />This problem is compounded by the Delaney's total lack <br />of concern ~,,~r their neighbor~ and their indifferent attitude <br />towards neig'~:borhood security? crowd control, parking on <br />residential .~-~,treets and noise polution. <br /> <br />Tom, I stron,.jly feel that the City should take a long look <br />at this pz'¢~%,?em, that is, a c,mmercial venture of this <br />size and sco.i'e in a area zone,~ residential before the City <br />finds it~.!f in a situation ti:at will be very difficult <br />to justzfy. <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br /> <br />
