The Engineer's Estimate is approximately $240,000 and includes administration and engineering charge -backs. At the time of <br />bid approvals, staff would request authorization for approximately $15,000 for irrigation system repairs as necessary relating to <br />grading and construction, but more so for the landscaped rain garden within the new parking area. Attached is the <br />aforementioned cost estimate, plans and specifications, and Resolution #16-09-157. <br />Funding Source: <br />The Park Improvement Trust Fund would be the funding source for each of the aforementioned capital <br />improvements.
