Plan. All entries in the log shall include the date and time of the entry and be signed by the person making the <br />inspection. The Engineer reserves the right to request copies of the logs as he deems necessary. <br />The Contractor shall be required to provide copies of the inspection logs, within the time frame agreed upon, <br />when requested by the Engineer. If the Contractor is negligent in providing the inspection logs within the <br />time frame agreed upon, the Contractor shall be subject to an hourly charge assessed at a rate of $250.00 <br />per hour for each hour or any portion thereof with which the Engineer determines that the Contractor <br />has not complied. <br />F.
