3.03 APPLYING MULCH <br />A. Mulch shall be applied in accordance with Mn/DOT Specification 2575.3F. <br />B. Mulch shall be disc -anchored in place. <br />C. Anchoring equipment shall be operated in a general direction at a right angle to direction of surface drainage. <br />D. All mulch shall be anchored on same day that it is placed. <br />3.04 MAINTENANCE <br />A. Seed areas shall be maintained by Contractor until acceptance by Engineer, including repair of eroded areas. <br />B. Areas where seed does not grow shall be reseeded and mulched by Contractor at no additional expense to the <br />Owner. <br />3.05 METHOD OF MEASUREMENT <br />A.
