Discussion. ensued regarding Landscaping 170.056 (Fencing; B.ii) - <br />Cc~nissioner Hendriksen stated that he doesn't see where barbed wire <br />fencing is allo~ed on hobby farms - only on agriculture property; requiring <br />wood or woven fencing on hobby farms would be a financial hardship to <br />property owner. C~r~nissioner Deemer interpreted the section differently <br />when taking grammar into consideration and stated that the intent is to <br />require hobby farmers to apply for a conditional use permit for agriculture <br />use and thereby be able to keep track of all barbed wire fencing in Ramsey. <br /> <br />i. Mr. Berg stated that zero lot line has not been worked on yet. <br /> <br />j. Discussion regarding 170.061 (2.A) - Accessory Uses and Accessory <br />Buildings - Need a definition of 'Accessory Building; Farm'. <br /> <br />k. Discussion ensued regarding residential dwellings being allcwed in an <br />Industrial Zone. Mr. Berg stated that Council allo~s upgraded use in a <br />dc~an zone. Commissioner Deemer stated that it should be taxed as zoned and <br />not used. Mr. Berg stated that a hcrae in an Industrial Zone should require <br />a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Cc~missioner LaDue and seconded by Ccrm~issioner Deemer to adjourn <br />the regular meeting of the ~Planning and Zoning C(~n~ission. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
