Councilmenlber Kurak directed staff to update the Council of the interest balance in the <br />equipment revolving fund and the roles that apply to the fund. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stressed the need for a safeguard in funding, in the case that the cost is more than <br />estimated. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson replied staff will supply the Council with the requested <br />information for the July 13th Council meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec asked if there is a senior room or community room planned in the building. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson replied there is a meeting room planned that will serve a few <br />purposes. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec directed staff to look into Community Block Grant Funds available with the <br />county. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson indicated on a staff level they discussed the senior housing <br />facilities that have been proposed and that a good use of the CDBG funding may be to build a <br />senior room in the facility.
