Rotary Systems Site Plan Review <br />June 23, 2004 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br />Lighting: The exterior building elevations identify eleven (11) wall mounted light fixtures. City <br />commercial lighting standards require that the luminaire (light source) must not be visible from <br />beyond the property line. Light fixture drawings and specs must be submitted to the City for <br />review and approval. <br /> <br />Storm Water Management Fee: The stormwater management fee will be paid through the Tax <br />Increment Financing (TIF) agreement. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Charges: These fees will be paid through the TIF agreement. <br /> <br />REU Number: The site is 2.13 acres in size and has an impervious area of 82.1%. ('herefore, <br />the parcel will have a residential equivalent unit (REU) of 8.41 for purposes of quarterly billing <br />~br the stormwater utility. <br /> <br />The Plam~ing Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 1, 2004 at the Ramsey <br />Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Blvd., to review- the proposed site plan. You or your <br />representative should be present to answer any questions that may arise.
