CASE # <br /> <br /> ADOPT ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH <br />BOARD OF APPEALS AND ADJUSTMENTS/OFFICIAL MAPS <br /> <br /> By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The adoption of the ordinance establishing the Official Map requires the establishment of a separate <br />Board of Appeals and Adjustments/Official Maps.
