AUTHORIZE PURCHASE OF TREE SPADE <br />By: Dean Kapler, Fire Chief/Public Works Director <br /> <br />FC CASE # <br /> <br />Z <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The 2004 Capital Equipment Budget included $40,000 for the purchase of a tree spade that would <br />be mounted to the existing front end loader at Public Works.
