The landscaping plan has been revised to include additional shrubs in the bufferyard to <br />the east; however additional revisions will be needed, based on the final design of site <br />access. At the July 1st meeting the Planning Commission recommended a privacy fence <br />between the proposed development and the residential properties to the south, east, and <br />north. The site plan will need to be revised to include this information, <br /> <br />Additional information regarding the grading and drainage is required as stated in the <br />City Staff Review Letter, <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Because the issue of how the site will gain street access ls so critical to overall site <br />design, in addition to outstanding drainage issues, staff is recommending the site plan be <br />tabled until site access details are 'resolved with Anoka County.. At the July 1, 2004 <br />meeting the applicant indicated a desire for the Planning Commission to take action on <br />the site plan.
