Include the <br />number of full-time equivalent staff and the percent change in the <br />maintenance budget over the last five years (1979-1984). <br /> <br />Fou~ public works employees spending a portion of their time ~intaining <br />parks, which is equivalent to approximatelff one fu%l time person. <br /> <br />There has been an increase of 2~4%. <br /> <br />Describe the maintenance program for the facility in this application. <br />Include the maintenance tasks necessary and whether the city/town will need <br />to add staff or equipment to accomplish these tasks. : <br /> <br />Routine park maintenance, mowing grass, dragging infields, picking up any <br />litter. <br /> <br />No equipment needed at this time.but when pa~k is fully completed additional <br />staff would be required. <br /> <br />Describe the overall recreation program in your city/town. Include the <br />number of full-time equivalent staff, the percent change in the progran~ning <br />budget over the last five years (1979-1984) and the organizations ., <br />responsible for providing recreation programs. <br /> <br />During 1978 approximately 36% of one employee was used in the m~intenance <br />of City paFks. This has ~ncreased to one full-tlme equivalent in 1982. <br /> <br />Presently the RYAA, Hockey Amsociation and the Anoka-Hennepin School <br />District #1~ pmovide recreational programs in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Describe the recreation programs that will make use of the facility in this <br />application. Include the staff involved, the population that will be <br />served and whether the city/town will need to add staff or equipm,ent to <br />accomplish the programs. <br /> <br />All .citizens, Community School programs, Ramsey Youth Athletic Association <br />w~ll use it for softball, football and soccer. The Hockey Association will <br />use it in the winter, No staff is needed at this time. <br /> <br />m <br /> <br /> <br />
