If
granted, they must go back to Planning and Zoning and then back to Oo~ncil
for final action on the PUD and rezoning.

Mr. Lichter - Request that the following items be considered for inclusion in
the restrictive covenance: 1. In the area where there are 4 units per acre,
restrictions should be placed on outside harborage of pets. 2. Storage of
Junks cars should be addressed. 3. Restrictions on storage of miscellaneous
equipment on the property; current covenance only refers to 'trash'.

City Administrator Schnelle requested that Mr. Lichter provide City Staff with
his recommendations for the purpose of Planning and Zoning review.

Mr. Dick Carson - Homeowners association goes into more detail and will provide
Mr. Lichter with a copy of it.

Mr. Lichter - Have questions regarding the feasiblity study.

Mr. Goodrich - The feasibility study is on the regular Council agenda for
discussion.

Mr. Arnie Cox - 17705 Nowthen Blvd. - Are anything other than single family
dwellings proposed for the property adjacent to Hwy. 47?

Mr. Dick Carson - Two commercial sites are planned.

Mr. Arnie Cox - Thanked those people that have held property in the southeast
quadrant of the City to see that future development was done reasonably in
Ramsey. In cooperation with past Councils, Metro council and Metro Sewer
Board, they have delayed development and paid exorbitant taxes on the property
in the meantime. There will come a day when Ramsey will need sewer and water
and compliment the landowners for putting their money where there mouth is and
not sucking up taxpayer dollars. I do not want to pay for the extension of
sewer and water into Ramsey in the future and I strongly urge council to support
and approve this preliminary plat and hope that the City will continue to
cooperate with the developer in the future.

Karen Vanderly - 5441 142nd Avenue - Have a copy of the EAW and there are
erroneous errors on it.

Mr. Berg - Copies of a revised EAW were distributed just prior to this meeting.
Mr. Berg provided Ms. Vanderly with the revised EAW.

Susan Beale - Requested more copies of the EAW for the audience and they were
provided.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to
adjourn the public hearing.

Motion carried.
