The Charter Commission will conduct a series of public information meetings beginning on February 15, 1984. 2. The Charter may be submitted to Council anytime after February 15, 1984 pending approval by a majority of the Charter Commission. 3. Public Information meetings will continue, even after Charter submittal to Council, until the election is held. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Sieber, Buchanan, Bauerkemper, Data, Lichter and Greenberg. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Gamec, Titterud. The Charter Commission proceeded to prepare the Charter Fact Sheet and Summary, which will be modelled after that of Lino Lakes. Motion by Commissioner Lichter and seconded by Chairman Heitman, that Commissioner Bauerkemper, by whatever means necessary, accomplish getting the Charter summary typed, copied and in the mail to all Ramsey residents by Friday, February 10, 1984. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Sieber, Buchanan, Bauerkemper, Data, Lichter and Greenberg. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Gamec and Titterud. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Commissioner Lichter and seconded by Chairman Heitman to adjOurn this regular meeting of the Ramsey Charter Commission. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Sieber, Buchanan, Bauerkemper, Data, Lichter and Greenberg. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Gamec and Titterud.
