Bill Goodrich and Pat Pelstring <br />were at this meeting to discuss the relationship, <br />differences, and roles of the Economic Development <br />Commission and the Economic Development Company. It <br />was determined that the Corporate officers of the <br />Company would have to identify definite goals for the <br />Company before any stock sales can begin. It was <br />decided to review the existing officers of the Company <br />and recommend reappointment or new appointments as <br />necessary so the officers can activate the Company. <br /> <br />CASE #3: DISCUSSION ON NOR~ METRO TRAFFIC ~I~SK FORCE: <br /> <br />I attended the North Metro Traffic Task Force meeting on <br />Dec~nber 5, and am serving on the Technical C~m,ittee of <br />this Task Force. ~he purpose of this Committee is to <br />provide staff support to the Task Force. ~he Task Force <br />is studying issues associated with river bridges in this <br />area, general traffic issues of this area, the <br />coordination of transportation planning between affected <br />jurisdictions, and to facilitate the develounent of a <br />consensus between the jurisdictions on these issues. <br />As you know, A1 Sorteberg is representing Ramsey on this <br />Task Force. <br /> <br /> <br />
