In terms of <br />landfill contamination, that well would be mighty handy if the worst happened; <br />City would not have to use residents or State and Federal funding to build <br />a well. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that in regards to the Anoka Landfill Lawsuit, we continue <br />to see in discussing the proposed conditional use permit format, a possible <br />sale of landfill; next week we should have something concrete for Council to <br />consider. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that he would like a letter sent to Terry Miller, the <br />Landfill and Don Otter, thanking them from Ramsey Council and residents for <br />the free dumping at the landfill on May 5, 1984. <br /> <br />b) Anoka Landfill Inspection Reports For April 1984 - <br /> <br />Noted. <br /> <br />c) Letter From Anoka County Environmental Services - <br /> <br />Noted. <br /> <br />Case #10: En~ineerin~ (A. Shoreland Ordinance): <br /> <br />a) Receiving Plans And S~ecifications And Ordering Advertisement For Bids <br /> For Street Sealcoating Projects And Street Surfacing Projects - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution #84-87 approving of plans and specifications for Sealcoating <br />Project #84-3, White Pines Estates, and advertising for bids and receiving <br />them on June 12, 1984 at 11:00 a.m. (Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #84-87). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner.
