He <br />questioned what the licensing fees would be if a property were to have a violation with the City. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill explained the license would not automatically renew <br />and therefore an additional $25 would be owed to the City, along with any fee associated to the <br />City citation/violation. In addition, depending on the violation, the City could elect to not renew <br />the rental license. <br />Motion by Commissioner Bauer, seconded by Commissioner Andrusko, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Bauer, Andrusko, Brauer, <br />Nosan, and VanScoy. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />5.05: Review Sketch Plan for Gleason Subdivision (Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 8th <br />Addition) <br />Presentation <br />Community Development Director Gladhill presented the Staff Report stating the City has <br />received an Application for Sketch Plan Review, a major subdivision located north of Bunker <br />Lake Boulevard, east of Zeolite Street.
