-ll- <br /> <br />This permit shall not prevent {he future adoption by the MPCA <br />of any rule, regulation, standard, or order more stringent than <br />those now in existence or prevent the enforcement of such rule, <br />regulations, standard, or order against the permittee consistent <br />with procedural and substantive due process and other applicable <br />statutory and constitutional authority. <br /> <br />This permit is valid for five years from the date issued, or <br />until terminated, revoked, or amended by the MPCA. To obtain <br />a new permit, the permittee shall request that the MPCA review <br />and reissue the permit. To allow for adequate MPCA review time <br />and to avoid possible termination of the permit at the time the <br />permit expires, an application for reissuance of the permit <br />must be submitted no later than 180 calendar days before the <br />expiration date of the permit. <br /> <br />MINNESOTA POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY <br /> <br />Permit No. SW-9~ <br />Dated: April 12, 1984 <br /> <br />Dale L.
