We are <br />presently using North Star Towing which has been giving us good service. <br />However, inasmuch as we have never received bids on towing, the Council <br />may wish to do so now that we have another interested party wanting <br />to perform this service. <br /> <br />Council Action: It is a policy decision as to whether Council wants to <br />go for bids on rates to be charged to perform this service. If you do want <br />to go for bids, we would like Council to direct Staff to prepare bid <br />specifications for your approval. The following proposed motion is hereby <br />submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by directing City <br />Staff to prepare bid specifications for bidding vehicle towing service <br />in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
