The property in question, the
old homestead at that location and Parcel A as shown on the certificate
of survey, which is included as one of the enclosures to this case, is the
property where the old farm house is located.

Parcel A would appear to be about 4+ acres in size with the remaining
property in Parcel B.

The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed Mr. Holker's request in
June of 1983 and indicated that they would not object to this parcel being
subdivided into two lots. However, I think they felt this should be platted.

The following items are included as enclosure (D3-c) for your consideration
in this matter:

a) Applicant's letter of application
b) Planning and Zoning Commission
1983
c) Certificate of survey

meeting minutes dated June 7,

Coundl Action: If your action is to approve Mr. Holker's request, then
you should do so by resolution. If your action is to disapprove the request
to subdivide by metes and bounds, then you should indicate to Mr. Holker
whether or not you would accept a subdivision as proposed with platting.

INFORMATIONAL (A.
