We would like <br />to offer the following comments: <br /> <br />! <br />m <br />m <br />m <br /> <br />Mn/DOT is concerned about the accuracy of increases in <br />ADT values, under point 29 (attachment 1), given for <br />T.H. 47 and C.R. 116.
